Cancellation and Refunds Policy

The British Dermatological Nursing Group (BDNG) requests that all courses are paid for in advance.

Your attendance at any course is not confirmed until the BDNG is in receipt of full payment.

You can cancel your subscription or course at any time. You will receive a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. After this date, you will not be refunded. However you can transfer your course booking to another event.

All cancellations must be in writing to the BDNG head office or via email to admin@bdng.org.uk The BDNG will confirm receipt of your cancellation.

Depending on the circumstances of the cancellation, an administrative fee may apply.

You may transfer your course booking to a different event. There will not be an administrative charge for this.
